Buckingham FC is seeking a dynamic and committed qualified Manager/Coach to lead our U18 team. The ideal candidate will bring a dedicated management team with them and demonstrate your collective belief in developing young talent in a competitive setting.

Who are we:

We compete in the Southern Counties Floodlit Youth League and participate in the prestigious FA Youth Cup. Our club is dedicated to nurturing young players, preparing them for successful transitions into our first team to which we have a fantastic record. All games are on a Thursday night and home games will be at Stratford Fields under the floodlights.

Role Responsibilities:

Develop and implement training programs that align with our club’s philosophy and objectives.
Lead the U18 team in league matches and cup competitions.
Foster a competitive and positive team environment and help grow the squad by recruiting local talent.
Work closely with all the management teams to ensure that players can take advantage of the clubs player pathway.

Prepare players for the demands of senior-level football.

Ideal Candidate:

UEFA C (Level 2) coaching license holder or above.
Experience in youth development and a track record of preparing players for higher levels of competition.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
A proactive approach to coaching and team management.
Knowledgeable about the local area.

FA accredited DBS checks and First Aid qualifications.
