The ideal candidate will be able to complement the existing squad with their own management team while also having the required DBS, safeguarding and coaching qualifications.

Experience within the lower levels of the National League System is desired but not essential for the right candidate.

The club holds a genuinely successful player pathway with numerous players progressing through the club to the First Team and the Development Team holds a pivotal role in that pathway. The successful candidate will be required to work closely with the First Team, Saturday A and Under 18s for the overall benefits of the football club and player development.

The clubs Development Team are members of the United Counties League Reserves Division, with home fixtures played at Stratford Fields.
